Decadent Truffle Pasta with fresh black truffles

One of the most decadent ways to enjoy truffle season with friends and family. On the table in just a minute longer than it takes to boil pasta.

Decandent Truffle Pasta with fresh black truffles

Ingredients:

  • Tagliatelle, fresh or dried

  • Butter, room temperature

  • Gruyere, grated

  • Parmesan, grated

  • Fresh truffle

  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Boil and drain the pasta then transfer to a large bowl.

  • Working quickly, add a liberal amount of butter, Parmesan, Gruyere, seasoning and a generous amount of fresh truffle (microplane or grate). Toss to combine.

  • Serve immediately. To go all out, shave extra truffle on top at the table. It never get’s old seeing people’s delight when we do this.
