Decadent Truffle Pasta with fresh black truffles
One of the most decadent ways to enjoy truffle season with friends and family. On the table in just a minute longer than it takes to boil pasta.
Decandent Truffle Pasta with fresh black truffles
Ingredients:
Tagliatelle, fresh or dried
Butter, room temperature
Gruyere, grated
Parmesan, grated
Fresh truffle
Salt and pepper
Method:
Boil and drain the pasta then transfer to a large bowl.
Working quickly, add a liberal amount of butter, Parmesan, Gruyere, seasoning and a generous amount of fresh truffle (microplane or grate). Toss to combine.
Serve immediately. To go all out, shave extra truffle on top at the table. It never get’s old seeing people’s delight when we do this.
