Rich loam soils, a pristine environment and plentiful rainfall make the Southern Forests of Manjimup, Western Australia a special place for black truffles; the largest producer in the Southern Hemisphere. 300km south of Perth, the region is famed for it's Karri forests and rich agricultural history. It has perfect conditions for truffles: rich loam soil, a pristine environment, cold winters and plentiful rainfall.
Harvested in the Australian winter, late May to early September, Australian truffles are in demand the world over, embraced by the world's best chefs. We have markets and delivery networks in UK, Europe (incl. France), USA , Asia and Pacific regions.
Stringent international export standards mean that the weight purchased represents pure truffle with quality and grade guaranteed. Each Australian truffle is cleaned, graded and packed at our specialist on-farm grading facility.
