The Booth family have been proud to support Truffle Kerfuffle, Australian Truffle Festival since it began in 2011.
Truffle Kerfuffle is an all weekend celebration of one of the world's most luxurious ingredients, fresh black truffles, just minutes from where they are unearthed in Manjimup, Western Australia. Join in the festivities and be consumed by the heady aroma of truffles at their freshest; go truffle hunting, taste your way through the Festival Village, meet farmers and growers, discover local wine and produce and indulge in truffle laden experiences with world class chefs.
Gavin Booth is one of three original founders of Truffle Kerfuffle and Australian Truffle Traders is an official festival partner.
The festival has garnered an international reputation drawing chefs from across Australia and the world, all seeking to experience the prized Australian black truffle at it's best. Truffle Kerfuffle alumni includes Mark Best (formerly of 3-hatted Marque, Sydney), Shane Osborn (Arcane, Hong Kong), Curtis Duffy (formerly of 3 Michelin starred Grace, Chicago), Bruno Loubet (formerly of Bistrot Loubet, London), James Viles (Biota, Bowral, NSW), Duncan Welgemoed (Africola, Adelaide), Jack Stein (Stein Group, UK), Marianne Lumb (formerly of Marianne, London), Guy Grossi (Grossi Restaurants, Melbourne & Perth), Matthew Evans (Gourmet Farmer) and Paul West (River Cottage Australia).
